Reasonably spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Extremely comfy bed, great service. Favourable location in Glen Ellyn, not far from a jungle and restaurants and a grocery store and a grocery store. Early check in and late check out.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a seating area. Bathtubs in the functional bathroom was a plus. The location was perfect there, to the O'Hare airport. We had lunch in Culver's, placed close by.

The location was perfect and marvellous, not far from the restaurant and front desk Dee, a grocery store and a jungle of strip malls.

Our stay at the hotel was worth the money, with a nice room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us, and the staff treated us well.

People talking loudly in halls. (our room was just outside the elevators) Bar closed early and poor serves, (our coffee drink was not hot). Coffee cups in room made too small of coffee.

my recent stay in glen ellyn was excellent, but Crowne Plaza truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even providing sandwiches and utensils in a difficult time. the room was modern and comfortable, and the restaurant served great food at affordable prices. the pool was also inviting.

My husband and I , are daughter , husband and 2 grandchildren age 17 and 14 stayed overnight since 17 yo was volleyball tournament. The stay was excellent , not one complaint . the outside needs some work but the indside is beautiful and staff was excellent would stay again in a heartbeat- total bill was 83.25 can't beat that

The location was perfect for us, as it was near restaurants and a grocery store, which made it convenient for us to find places to eat and pick up snacks for our stay. Additionally, it was close to the daughter we were visiting, making it easy to spend time with her. The room was comfortable and clean, with good lighting and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

We were disappointed to find that there was no breakfast provided and that there was a limited coffee selection, with no decaf available for my husband.

Marvellous and perfect setting, I didn't feel like leaving.

The room was quiet and fabulous, had essentials, like hairdryers, a shower cap and bath sheets. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & an impeccably clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to halal shops, and a jungle of strip malls and parking lots. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Its a gorgeous family-run hotel with extraordinarily friendly and excellant stuff members. Excellent dishes can be found in the attached restaurant.
